This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to all purchases of training, courses, digital content, and physical goods made with Curacorn® Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By booking or purchasing any course, product, or service from Curacorn®, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
1. Business-to-Business Transactions
All Curacorn® training, courses, and services are sold to professionals, traders, and businesses for business or professional use.
Accordingly:
- Consumer cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply.
- Refunds are governed strictly by this policy and our Terms & Conditions.
2. Training Courses & Services (In-Person or Online)
2.1 No Automatic Right to a Refund
Once a course has been:
- accessed,
- commenced,
- attended (in whole or in part), or
- digital course materials released,
no refunds will be issued, except where required by law.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- in-person training days,
- online theory access,
- assessments,
- case study review,
- mentorship or post-course support.
2.2 Deposits
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Deposits secure course places and cover administrative, third-party, and preparatory costs incurred by Curacorn®.
2.3 Cancellation by the Delegate
If you cancel your training:
- More than 14 days before the scheduled practical date:
We may, at our discretion, offer a one-time reschedule (subject to availability). No refund will be issued. - 14 days or fewer before the scheduled practical date:
No refund or reschedule will be offered. The full course fee remains payable. - Non-attendance or failure to complete the course:
No refund will be issued.
2.4 Digital Content & Online Materials
All online materials, videos, manuals, and digital resources are non-refundable once access has been granted.
This applies regardless of:
- whether the content is viewed,
- whether the course is completed,
- or whether access is later restricted due to breach of contract.
3. Breach of Terms or Misuse of Materials
If access to course content, community groups, or digital resources is restricted, suspended, or withdrawn due to:
- breach of our Terms & Conditions,
- unauthorised sharing of materials,
- misuse of intellectual property,
- regulatory or legal investigation,
no refund will be due.
A delegate may not rely on their own breach of contract to claim a refund.
4. Course Changes or Amendments
We reserve the right to:
- amend course content,
- update training materials,
- modify delivery format,
- reschedule dates where necessary.
Such changes do not entitle a delegate to a refund.
5. Physical Products (if applicable)
Physical products may only be returned if:
- faulty, or
- incorrectly supplied by us.
Products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Opened, used, or damaged items (unless faulty) are non-returnable.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds or partial refunds may be considered solely at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Any goodwill refund does not set a precedent.
All decisions are final.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers must not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us.
Any attempt to recover payment via chargeback where services have been delivered may be contested and treated as a breach of contract.

9. Governing Law
This policy is governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing limits Curacorn®’s right to bring proceedings in any jurisdiction where the Delegate is domiciled or carries on business.
